Volunteer Peru
The volunteer program we offer at Second Chance is completely free of charge, we do not charge any fees for this program. The only requirement we have is that you choose one of the accommodation options that we offer: Host Family, Student House, or Apartment.
Second Chance supports single mothers that work with us or who have asked consulted us in order to obtain legal staff to represent and support them in judicial processes.
Second Chance is an opportunity for those people who come to Peru for tourism or to work or live, or for students of various subject areas who want to base their studies or thesis in this part of the world.
Therefore, we offer detailed packets of our services:
Spanish classes, of many different categories.
Volunteer opportunities in different locations Second Chance has an agreement with.
Living with a Peruvian family and learn about the customs of Peru.
The advantage of Second Chance in regards to other Spanish schools is that your payment goes directly to the teachers who are single mothers, and the rest of the fees support our association that continues to aid more single mothers since this is a nationwide project. Our goal is to expand our program and create more Spanish schools in other parts of Peru. We look forward to continuing our non-profit work for this very important cause.
